MORSO® covers any defects in material or workmanship of its products under normal use during a warranty period of 2 years from the purchase date.
Therefore MORSO® reserves the right to verify the correct use of the claimed product.
Incorrect use means, for example, chewing the product, failure to comply with washing instructions, alterations, repairs or any other unauthorized manipulations.
To request a replacement under warranty, please send to email@example.com:
– One photo clearly showing the defect and description of what occurred
– Receipt or purchase receipt (either from MORSO® resellers or official E-commerce)
– email address, telephone number and physical address where you want to receive the new product
Once the documentation has been received and evaluated, MORSO® will send by email the document to be sticked on the box for the return of the broken or defective product. Once received at its warehouses MORSO® will ship the replacement product.
All products that will be collected for replacement must be CLEAN while those received in poor hygienic conditions will be rejected.
